Fresh Grilled Whole Squid Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole squid
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • Olive oil
  • 1 handful mint, finely chopped

Preparation:

Clean the squid.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the squid.
Place on hot grill, turned to high, and grill, turning every 30 seconds, until the squid is firm and turns white inside.
Put lemon juice in a bowl, mix in three times as much olive oil, and whisk.
Stir in mint and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Drizzle over the squid and serve.
